Engine wet exhaust clacking sound

Any suggestion on the cause of "clacking" from my exhaust, I think it is from the exhaust. See video link below.

The video sound is not perfect the sound is a definite clack. Sounds like a leak...

What happens to propane released when lighting a cooker burner. It takes a few seconds to light the burner and in that time a little propane is released. It is heavier than air so I guess it ends...
