Key Lime Sailing Resort also has a partner that does charters. They are in Key Largo. If you stay In one of their cottages you get free use of a 22' day sailor.

The ones I mentioned were for the 26X and 26M. I own a 26X and agree there can be a big difference in price. Should be noted the lowest priced one I mentioned had no motor

Actually WD40s main ingredient is fish oil and some people spray it on their lures to attract fish. :rolleyes:

There is one in Tampa for $3500 but has no engine. Couple of 26Ms for near the asking price of the one you are considering. These are on CL.

I shopped for quite some time before I bought mine. Prices ran around $10,000 with a low of around $6,000 or $7,000 depending on condition. I believe my price on my 96 wound up being about $6,000....

Try vacation rentals Craigslist. it is pretty common in the Keys but only stationary at dock rentals and rates are comparable to other vacation rentals.
