Thanks Ping, makes a lot of sense. Yes, it's a rather uncomplicated, low drawing system on my small boat. Those 100A Mini BusBars look the way to go because it is a confined space behind the switch...

Thanks Captjgw, yes, I've got the disconnect sorted with a plug. thanks for the tip about just 4 connections to the battery poles. I think I may be near my limit there.

Hi guys, I'm planning to 'oversize' drill a hole in my rudder, then fill with epoxy, then drill the 'required' 6mm hole through the hardened epoxy.
