Try your local Marinas, there are boat owners that stop paying storage fees and marina owners will cut a deal to make room for boat owners that want to store their boat and able to pay.

If you start engine prior raising anchor (sop), engine will power windless. Wire to start/engine battery.

Thanks PolarisOne. Thinking I might be able to pick up this standard issue (no bells/whistles) Sabre 30 for about 10k repair and add minimal coastal single hand cruising equipment for about 20k.
