Unfortunately NZ hasn't realised that last bit LOA OR Berth Length, which means we have to be in a 14m berth for 10 cm over 12, or pull the bow roller, totally ridiculous.

Yes I disconnected the power(red) from seatalk[1] to the e120 and also tried to use it to power [just] a r125, no luck so seems unit was a dud, returning it, damn, as it was...

(4) would have to be 'Marina has poorly maintained earth',

AND

(5) EVERY OTHER boat in the marina with a shore power connection has NO AC - DC ground connection - Currently...

In the article's example, "Live Case" the RCD's will trip when the human earths the case even without the AC to DC grounding connection, or even if the marina's shore side ground is poorly...

On my boat all the AC appliances are double insulated, everything is in plastic, nothing even has a ground connection(modern equipment?), The RCD's are dual pole - Live and neutral and will trip,...

It may not actually be glow plugs, - despite the fact the switch/button is labeled 'glow' I think it's actually an air heater on the intake manifold, I've only seen it installed once before.

I think a zinc would have to be close, in the exhaust water and electrical bonded to the exhaust manifold. Yes my engine like your has no raw water zincs..

Hmm...need to think about it a bit.
