You are correct, my mistake... it’s coolant temperature only.... on the physical sensors fitted and pre and post EVC loom too. Either way, hoping to get it into an actual instrument rather... |

I will add that the Lofrans service kit for mine was fantastic - i spent another £100 in bearings. So £200 and many hours getting it apart, cleaned, and back together. I ordered one addition part... |

I just fully serviced my 10 year old vertical Lofrans x2. Thread with photos can be found on this forum. Getting it off/apart is the first part of your journey. Was a moderately serious workshop job.... |

All done. Last job was extraction of the old bearing outside race from the deck plate. For me that needed removal from the boat to the workshop, which also allowed a thorough clean....but all easy... |

Got the blind bearing out (part 309)! Used this trick... https://youtu.be/w62c4NQDwP0 had to use brown packing paper with grease, and used a rubber hammer on the actual motor shaft, but out she... |

Got the gearbox apart! I suspect removal of the small motor shaft (part 1308) wasn’t critical, but gave me much more comfort to start knocking the casing (part 920) gently with a piece of wood until... |
