Actually it would make an excellent USCG inspected high end charter because it is a US made hull. Foreign hulls have to go through a stringent waiver program and are generally limited to 12...

The Yacht is an hour south of San Diego.... our border has never been closed so it would be a great weekend trip to come see her and enjoy our fabulous "Guadalupe Valley wine route"
