I do not have folding props.
The ventilation with the overhead hatch in the main salon is adequate. I keep the covers on the forward windows if I'm trying to keep the heat out when its over 100deg...

Many finance their boat at below 4% and use the equity they otherwise wouldn't have to earn 8 to 11 percent elsewhere.

PPH likely has a pretty sever swell surge at certain times. I don't know for sure, but Santa Cruz down the coast has a bad surge at times.

I think you may be out of luck unless you can find a boat that is less than 15 years old. That is the magic number to get the low interest boat loans.
