As an aside I just sold a Documented Vessel and was told it would take four months to transfer. That was in November and I am still waiting. I was very surprised.

Check with US Sailing. They have many programs geared to young people.
They might have to start with basic sailing but they also have a JBBS program. Junior Big Boat Sailing.

I would but all kidding aside the best thing to do is to walk away. I speak from experience. Confrontation, in this type of case, always ends badly.

Wing on wing exhausting and requires too much attention for me. Broad Reach with careful controlled jibs. Also allows option of coming up if needed.
