yes I know that, that is not point. point is that then any one can "make" navionics charts. they will use information from someone who does not know how paper charts looks like or how to take bearing...

according my calculation (from Europe) Mer. Pass. on your Lat/Long is 18:00:19 UTC, bit late for noon sight, for sun run sun, sights are to close, at least one hour before noon and one hour after...

are you serious. i do not know who is buying your charts but i will definitely steer clear from something that "bob and cony" can edit, and i am suppose to use it for navigation.

ahaha, I would understand those against astro navigation if they have state of the aart electronics, but 99.9% have cheap laptops and pirated cm93 or navionics last time updated 5 or 10 years ago,...

no, you do not need to buy expensive. I have casio g-shock gw-6900-1er watch I paid £120, this days you can get it even for £80.

± 15 seconds per month, 1/2 sec daily, more than enough to be used...

technically speaking in someway yes. othervise there would be no notice, notice is given in case of navigational hazards, something changed and until that change is "fixed" or become rule or until...
