I have now worked it out its the RD218 looking at the inside. Why it has the wrong identification on the bottom will never know.

The plug definitely looks like an older analogue version, but on the bottom of the radar it says it is a RD418D. Looking on internet pictures the RD418D seems to have a screw in cable attachment but...

I bought a used Radar on ebay which came with cut cable and an extra bit of cable etc with a 13 hole plug.
I sent of an email to raymarine to ask advice and they said they had never heard of a 13...

The selva sail drives are 9.9hp out boards.

At the moment i have two yanmar 1 gm in each hull, its a Catamaran. I have the option of putting in an outboard in a central well, central cockpit, its a Heavenly Twins.
