Stainless screws, Aluminum mast

I've taken the mast off and removed all attachments. In the process a couple of stainless screws have broken off and proved so far impossible to remove. My question is, what if I just smooth them out...

I'm guessing that if I remove the bolts on the quadrants they will just pop out of the way?

Odorless fumes from head

We have an electric flush toilet that uses sea water to flush. We were having Oder problems that we solved by replacing the hoses and cleaning out the rim of the toilet where the water comes in....
