Not sure Bob Perry would agree with you he drew a cutter, given mast placement, high aspect main (12' boom), and large J dimension (16').

I sail with a 110% not that big geeny, see the sail plan.
No cabin top tracks.
Just a long side deck track down each side that accomodates anything from a 150 to a fully reefed 100%.

Whisker poles are not lighter than spinnaker poles.

all good advice, but in the recent incident, they shut down the engine, disconnected power, and emptied all their fire extinguishers …but the metal continued to burn until cooled with sea water...

Is this a full MasterVolt install with MV voltage regulators and alternators communicating with the MV batteries over a MasterBus to issue STOP CHARGE...
