Mercury Quicksilver: First Impressions
So splashed out and brought myself a top of the line Quicksilver/mercury tender, I am a tad disappointed,
When I first saw her I was stoked, 3.3m long with a little anchor locker in the fibreglass bottom and didn't need a pump every time I used it.
My only gripe is that it says max HP is a 15hp which I have and max person aboard it 4 (although 7 fits sweet) but she wont get up on the plane with 3 people, unimpressed.

anyone with the same problem? lets hate mercury together.

Re: mercury/quicksilver tender sucks?
Yeah, Mercury sucks, but not for lack of performance.
My 310 Airfloor planes and scoots along on the "step" with 105 KGs of swinging Norwegian onboard using a 4 HP kicker..

The quality and warranty sucks however.
(It should be 10 years warranty on the boat, but to get anything done is like pulling teeth. They have flaming idiots in the warranty department: Instead of arguing and dealying repairs they should have said: Yes Sir, we will fix it immediately, sorry for the trouble..)
