Hi,
I'm Steve. I read that u have perkins 4.107 cav bpa hydraulic fuel injection pump information. I'm helping my buddy I'm going to repair his pump replace hydraulic head re seal. I'm a master diesel mechanic worked in Caterpillar dealer fuel shop & have repaired many different pumps but never a hydraulic head pump. This is obviously a marine engine lol perkins not westerbeke. Any info will b greatly appreciated. If u need any more info let me know. Thank you

Hi, I just registered for the forum and see that you are, or were a diesel fuel injection tech. Is that still the case? If so, perhaps you can help me. I have an old Valiant 40 sailboat with a Perkins 4.107 engine. I sent my CAV CH35 fuel injection pump off to Foley Engines in MA to check it out. They disassembled it and wanted to charge me an astronomical amount to reassemble it. Can you, or are you interested in doing what is necessary to put it back together and calibrate it?
