I will soon be looking at a 1964 Hatteras 41 in Bradenton, FL. My intention is to live aboard for a few years before doing the Great Loop for a few years.

I am more interested in displacement trawlers than cabin cruisers, to be honest. How do these boats handle going displacement speeds? What is the expected fuel burn with 6v53s?
