Hi Paul,
My name is Jeff, I saw one of your replies to a post today stating that you rounded the Horn in a Manta. Sounds like you really liked the boat. If you don't mind, I would like to pick your brain. I currently live in Califonia and I am in the market for a cat. The current inventory is very limited. There is a 2000 Manta MK1 for sale a few hours away from me. It has the camber spar jib. I have become "spoiled" by the roller furling jib I put on my 30 foot mono ten years ago and have never sailed a camber spar type of jib. Would there be any advantage to changing that out for a roller furling set up? How did you like the Manta overall? Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
