    My name is Paul Brewer. I'm a 36 year old husband,father, personal trainer, woodworker and chef in training. My wife and I have moved to the rural southern Colorado and have begun work on our dream to open a permaculture inn and wellness retreat. Our aim as a family is to enrich our lives and teach our daughter through traveling the world via sail boat. This is the beginning of that journey!
