- I am full time Software Engineer and own multiple businesses. I own multiple rentals properties and have bought/remodeled/sold quite a few as well.
I enjoy weekend sailing, but would like to live aboard some day. Our first boat - the Catalina 27 - will be a kind of a school I'm hoping for something bigger someday. A boat we can enjoy, get our feet wet so to speak and learn some lessons on before buying a larger live aboard in the coming years.
Both me and my spouse are ASA 101/103 - Victoria Sailing School, Colorado.
