I am happy hear you are staying warm-ish in the Maine winter. No, I am not living on my boat. It is big enough but liveaboard slips in DC are very hard to find. There is only one marina here that has any at all. That is the Gangplank Marina. Once they are in, people do not want to leave. That's understandable. I have been working on my boat for the past two years and it is in a nearly seaworth condition. I would like to take it to Europe next July.

How is your cat dealing with life afloat? And how do you handle the litter box?

Welcome aboard. I'm also a new livaboard and it IS quite an adjustment. That is a beautful (seaworhty) looking boat. Looking forward to some future meeting and reading your blog.
