Hey Rossco! Thanks for the email! Yeah, my cousins live in Bellingen, I reckon it is close to Coffs Harbour as they fly in there alot. My very good friends also live in Gladstone, Queensland. So I will be visiting next year...but not yet with my boat
. Well, I really did not set out to buy a 36 footer, I really wanted something in a 30-32 range, but this beauty I could not pass up. She does not feel too long while on the water, but when I bring her into my slip she does feel a bit long! Well, it is my goal to sail her singlehanded but she is not really too set up that way. I aspire to be the man a couple of slips down from me who sails singlehanded but then again his boat's stern is a lot wider than my boat, the freeboard is higher on his boat and he just jumps off and ties her up himself. I can't quite do that yet.
