any luck getting the engine started?

I will finally buy a boat next year, probably from outside our canadian borders. Seems to me if I use an Alberta address i would not have to pay the new HST or "luxury" tax in BC and would only pay the 5% GST in Alberta. Any advise?

I only wish it was my painting. But I, too, am just an admirer of the painting. I chose it because it speaks to my soul. If I could find the artist I would try to buy it if it is for sale.
