    The engines do not have a key slot on them. They are designed for center consol or remote operation. They have a throttle, gear, electric start, power and fuel lines that hook up to them. Can send you a pic of inside if you like but never seen an hour meter on them. Do t think there is one on this model, but again, the local Yamaha service is the place I would get my answers. My engine experience is limited to changing gear oil, motor oil and filters with annual flushing of the systems. I hire pros for anything else and luckily never had an issue to “learn” from. I turn the key at the helm and they always start up.

    I have been looking at PDQ32s for quite a while and am currently interested in a '95 PDQ 32 "His and Hers" located in Port Elgin. Is that your boat by any chance? If not do you know anything about it?
