I bought her in March 2011 from Port Pirie (you were close) having been owned by a guy from Melbourne. He bought her from a guy called Galpin, from Port Pirie
Any way she is a great boat. Living in Wollongong I have her moored in Gwawley Bay Taren Point. Sailed her home from Port Pirie, been out to Lord Howe Island, done solo to Launcetson TAS.
Rewired and Replaced the MF/HF Radio and the Autopilot.
Recently had all standing rigging replaced and am currently changing the motor to a new BetaMarine 30 diesel. The old Volvo Penta 2003 died

On board I found a 4 page A4 document explaining how the first Sweet Chariot was named and then a short history of the other 3.

I love her - she is, as I said, a great boat and can handle some really rough stuff.
