Greetings! Got the boat painted last summer. Thanks for the help! Got a quick question. Do you know what the diameter of the forestay is?? The boat is several hundred miles away and I have an opportunity to buy a roller furling but don't know the size. Any help would be appreciated!!

Wow, Capjo!! The paint job looks fabulous. We are in the process of preping Firefly's deck and topsides for painting this summer. We too want to use Awlgrip. Do you have an estimation on how much paint our 32's take?? Did you also paint the deck??
I have a 32' Challenger 1974 that I am actually refurbishing. I was wondering if you have a link that I could view the head sink and wall for this vessel. I need to rebuild the wall near the mast and the sink area.
Great boat! I love her.
Thanks, captjo (Joni)
Joni - I don't have a picture of that area and I have not had to do any work there. I do know that the chain plates for the to shrouds are right there. I can see mine in the cabinet above the vanity. What kind of repairs are you doing? Do you have to remove the whole bulkhead? I imagine that it is a piece of mahogany plywood cut to size, but removing it will affect a number of other things, the vanity in the head and the settee on the other side. Not to mention it also needs to be tabbed onto the deck and hull. I'm guessing you are suffering some wood rot around the mast. I would try to replace only the damaged area and be happy.
