Biography

Joined the R.A.N. at 15 and served 20 years, most of that in "O" class Submarines (DBF), I paid off from the Navy in 1992 and ran Automotive/motorcycle workshops for many years. I am a qualified Mechanic & LPG installer. I have been around boats (power) all my life and motorcycles. Held the Around Australia Endurance Record in 1978 (15,500Klm's/just under 9 day's!)Hold two Aust' National road racing titles. I travel the most klm's per year by M/c in Aust' than anyone else (on average!) about 80,000klm's. My dog, "Bundy" (qualified assistance and therapy dog) is by my side 24/7 and we are very well known for our charity and hospital work. Facebook: Tex & Bundy Charity Fundraisers. I have no ties and plan to live aboard permanently with my "Bitch" Bundy!! My dreams and aspirations are to sail this wonderful country before going further afield and doing a circumnavigation. Whether I do it shorthanded or have crew, I am not fussed! I am easy going and get along with most people.
