Yes! of course out here we call it sea kayaking! LOL.

I did most of my paddling along the So. Calif. coast, w. coast of Baja, and the sea of cortez (that's where I am in the photo). Though I did a few others: florida keys, everglades, Colorado river, San Juan islands. I don't think I've been anywhere quite as threatening as the coasts of Scotland! My hat's off to you!
I just started my cruising in Dec.'09, so I'm very new to it.

Sorry to hear about your accident Bruce... hope it did not screw your Christmas/New Year festivities up to much... alls quiet down this way.
No sailing or spring refit as weathers been to wet for one and seas to high for the other... been a few fishermen n boats lost...
Still.... Spring/Summers round the corner so spirits are starting to rise...lol

Hi Bruce... hows it going, started the prep work yet....lol
It occured to me that you may have known/seen Turnstone in or around Plymouth as she was based there for many years before I bought her. Seems she was quite well known on the 'racing scene' at one time...
Anyway... hope alls well and the snow n frost is easing off..
