Now a year later... bought a house and did a complete reno... Back to Keep bolts.

The boat is now in Loyalist Cove Marina. I now have a drawing from Beneteau of where the keel bolts are. There are 6 that are hidden. 2 under the engine and 4 under the water tank just in front of the mast. The rest you can see.

You have to cut through the floor and then the midship water tank. Remove the engine. We are starting this week. The seal went on the keel so we need to remove the bolts, put in threaded rod so we don't lose position and then lift the boat. Going to be a hell of a job.

My buddy and I have a couple of Idylle 51's up in the Toronto Canada area and are about to embark on a keel bolt replacement program and am wondering if you had any experience with that.

Just looked at your posts. Atlantic diesel will have anything you want for that Perkins. Just look them up online.
