    Hi:
    I lived aboard a 48 foot 1921 Alden Yawl, Thetis, ex-Hermita, in the Bahamas during 1960-61. She was built in Wiscasset, Maine for a family in Marion, MA. Mom and dad bought her in 1958, rebuilt her and took the family off. Sold the house and everything in it. I had a great time.

    Tell me about your Alden schooner. I have heard the name.

    The schooners I sailed are semi-famous, So Fong and Maya. Powerful rigs.
