- Hi. I'm a 54 years man, well experienced and well reliable in a tight spot. The right spirit aboard is almost everything for a well remembered voyage. I'm boat socialized for living nicely in close quarters aboard most anything. I can go anywhere between 40's latitudes, given the right boat, skipper and crew. A reasonably safe and flexible voyage plan are important to me. I'm based in Sydney and am currently seeking another vessel of my own somewhere in the Oz'tralia, Asia or Pacific region. Meantime, I enjoy crewing, cruising, deliveries and tall-ships. I have skippered East coast "Oz"tralia long distance various years (up to 10 months returns). I'm "boat socialized" for happy, constructive and kindly crew spirit. I'm experienced, reliable, competent, enthusiastic, generally sea-sick proof, adventurous and risk sensible. I'm understanding of natural adversity and I respond well to necessary challenges. For me, team building and comradeship under sail makes all the difference for a happy passage. I'm respectful for all. I enjoy baking fresh breads on board, if it suits. It's especially good for morale upkeep on longer passages. I'm generally unpaid as crew. I may share real living costs of voyage and travel, if agreed. Both modern and well maintained old sail vessels are good for me. I'm generally fine for short handed crewing with the right people. Sailing is the best fun. Cheers and fair weather for all :) A.
