Hello - I saw your post for an experienced crew from Norfolk to Nova Scotia. First let me say that the only offshore experience I have was being in the Navy for 4 years, that particular boat did not have a sail however. As for sailing experience, I've taken a basic course and I volunteer on a 38' boat on Lake Champlain. If this fits at all into what you are looking for, let me know.
