You made good observations in the stuck in the sand post. I can back you in thought the biggest one is I would not want to be in blue water in that boat. If he does not get it off you and I will pay more because he will not have a home. I do not see any other outcome for him. I do understand why the city has a fine and I do not feel it is trying to be unjust. They do not want trash left on the beaches. The loss of a home no matter how humble is sad. I would like to see if he is still trying to save it. For trying he deserves some good will. best wishes LOU452
