How I love your boat...that's exactly the kind of boat I'm looking for (and also the location where she is by the way) but first I need to convince my wife and children's that I'm capable of sailing it (which I can't right now) and then to sell my house and go. Maybe I'm lucky enough and you will not sell it in the next 3 or 4 years time... really a great great boat you have.
