    Wubblu1651.... Hi... underway I don't use the forcabin, its noisey and bumpy... if I have an aft cabin that would be my bunk off choice... the saloon if it has a convertible I'll use that.. a single bunk in the saloon I'll choose the 'downside'....lol.
    In harbour/anchor I use the roomiest.. fore or aft.. advantage of sleeping in the forecabin is you can hear the anchor dragging...

    Hey Boatman I was wondering something. I keep hearing about sleeping aboard on the settees instead of the bow. The main reason is movement from wave action and the middle of the boat is more comfortable.
    But the Bow does look more inviting. Do you sleep in the bow on a settee in the salon or the aft part of your boat?
