I was selling Real Estate that morning, had to make money. Christina and I just bought a new boat, might be the one we go south in. It is a beautiful O'day 30, hot water shower, heat, air conditioning, and refridgeration. Have you sold your boat yet?

Just a few more years and we can sail the Caubbean in winter
