No, it looks great. One thing to consider is the women in our single group may wait for the man to contact her. As much as you hear about the modern woman and see women acting very assertive on TV, most women see it as the man that needs to make the first move.

Hope that helps, be patient, and know she is out there!

PS - no veteran here, I am a babe in the woods when it comes to this. Remember this internet dating stuff is new, we are all in the same boat

    Hey Capt Bill,
I am not savvy with this internet stuff but I think you click on "quick links" (below your name, upper right screen) scroll down and click on "edit your details" then on the left side of that page is an option to "edit your avatar" click on that and then follow directions hope that helps.
    Cheers,
    Erika

Here is how to post your bio:

    To do this:
    1) go to the single sailors seeking soul mates group.
    2) Click on new discussion (near bottom of page)
    3) title discussion with your sign on name
    4) add bio and submit.

**be sure you are starting a new discussion and not adding to someones personal thread
***there is a 1000 character limit per post so you may have to divide up your bio and post multiple posts (NOT multiple discussions - multiple posts).
****you may not see the new discussion right away due to the moderated parameters

I quickly posted mine to give example of the layout- sorry, I was hoping to do the work so you all wouldn't have to.

    Cheers,
    Erika
