I am so sorry. I never saw this message until just now. Hope you got your boat!

Saw your post about your Privilege. Do you mind if I pick your brain about the boat not on the open forum so i don't hijack the thread? If cool, I am very interested in your thoughts about Privilege. Wife and I are looking hard at a new Series 5. other contenders at are the Xquisite X5 and the Seawind 1600. Each is pretty different and I understand that. I am trying to wrap my head around customer service, build quality, etc. We will likely buy in the next 12 months and keep the boat in "light" captained charter to get the tax benefit in the US. Privilege has a dealer in the BVI, which is where we would keep the boat, that would handle the charter end for us as does Seawind. X5 has no dealers and is a small company. Anyway, sorry to ramble. To the extent you have thoughts/experience on the Series 5 or Privilege since it was bought by Hanse, i would greatly appreciate it.
