I should have said which of the two Port Credit locations offers a better value for money? Which is the more expensive? Does the yacht club require membership?

We just got back last month from 18 months of cruising down south and are at Port Credit Yacht Club where we will winter. Next year we'll head down the Mississippi. Port Credit Harbour also has liveaboards.
