Hey Todd,

Congrads on the new boat!!! I assume you sold the Mirage.
Have not sold ours yet. We will try again in the spring. No hurry.

Hi Greg

I was selling Real Estate that morning, had to make money. Christina and I just bought a new boat, might be the one we go south in. It is a beautiful O'day 30, hot water shower, heat, air conditioning, and refridgeration. Have you sold your boat yet?

We were at the boat winterizing yesterday. What a beautiful day to have been out sailing!
Spring is soooo far away
Just a few more years and we can sail the Caubbean in winter
