So, what shoulder work did you have done?

I played competitive volleyball for almost 50 years. For work I lifted 4000-12,000 lbs of steel a day. My lower back is bad, but no surgery indicated. Best wishes on your back and upcoming shoulder replacement. This surgery will hopefully save my shoulder.

What did you have done? I go in for shoulder replacement next month....THEN maybe I can get back to sailing.....!
