I have my son and his friend (both turn 18 in a couple months) with me in the Northern Bahamas sailing and cruising with on our bank-repo bought Fantasia 35. The boys can hardly believe the freedom they have found in the the Bahamas compared to police state USA. My son probably won't become a sailor but his friend is already plotting how he can get a Nacra or Prindle cat when he gets home so he can learn the sailing part of all of this cruising business. I want to show them your post when the get up tomorrow and the context of the thread so they can see what is happening and that they too can experience this life but will need to sacrifice to make it happen.
