Costa Rica land and sea. Yes, I stayed there for 3 weeks but did not leave my boat with them. I saw that they took care of boats and I did not hear of any complaints. They were once cruisers themselves.
I would choose Panama over Costa Rica any day The officials in Gulfito are the worst we have encountered so far.
