Might you be talking about the Bahia "Zazu" in Antigua? If so, my husband went and looked at it a couple weeks ago. It needs a LOT of work for the money they are asking. It appears to be ready to sail, but as you picked up, not all is as it seems. Lots of shoddy maintenance work to correct. Would not offer more than 200K and plan for a couple years of refit work.
