Hii brett,

500 gal is about four times the normal amount of water. Because you are on a boat you can jump overboard and just need to rins yourself with fresh water.
About toilets, let guests use the main bathroom when on anchor. Remind that there are almost no places to get rid of blackwater. You will be dumping in the sea.
