we have switched gears and are now going to Bellingham. We found significantly cheaper haul out and bottom paint fees there - and they will let us live aboard on the hard there. However, next time we are in Port Townsend, I'll head over to slip 59 and say hi.

I am on the brand new dock (first set of docks as you come in) slip 59...brand spanking new`docks.

looks like we'll be there in about a week. I'll look for your boat.
We'll be on the Far From Turtle - a 42' ketch - don't know yet whether we will be in the yard first or just at a slip. Have a lot of work to do.

I should be back in the water by then, I will be out on A dock "S/V ROVER" I think slip 56

no we haven't made it there yet. Planning to be there the month of April now. Look for a ketch rigged white boat named "Far From Turtle".

We decided to go travelling the entire month of December and first half of January. Then I had some boring little old lady surgery done on my foot that has me a couch potato in someone else's condo till March 1. Our boat remains in the Bremerton marina till end of March.

Did you ever make it to Port Townsend? My boat is stern to stern with a dark blue schooner "NYLLA", I have sanded the bottom down to the bare hull and I am about to start putting glass and barrier coat back on.

My boat is in the end of the yard where the showers and shore head are. I am sort of in front of the schooner Freebird, Valdez AK I am covered with white shrink wrap and it looks sort of like an albino hump back whale, there is a very long mast laying along the starboard side...the name (which is only on the Port side....is ROVER...BTW light grey hull with white bulwarks
