Just rreturned from a cruise ship from Panama. Experienced 12 foot seas between Cuba and Mexico. Seems a cold front was moving from the west to east. Portabello, Panama had a few sailing vessels anchored in their bay. I did not see a decent size foood store in Portabella. In Panama the food store.
