My wife and I are considering overwintering in 2010 living aboard our Ingrid 38 in Oslo while she is a visiting Scholar at the University of Oslo. Is this feasible? what might we expect for monthly moorage fees? I realize it is cold and the bay freezes in February but from what I can gather from the web, boats stay in the water.

Any insights would be helpful,
