Hi Janet, Thanks for responding to my question about friendship. I guess I am still unclear on the concept. Is it a way to keep track of when folks you appreciate enter into forums? Is it a kind of public private message? I am quite pleased that you and Maren offered this connection, but I'm confused on how to appropriately respond and acknowledge my interest and appreciation. I didn't want to offend anyone due to my lack of understanding of this concept. And, by the way, thank you for your efforts as an administrator. I think that means you are a fully qualified cat herder, diplomat plenipotentiary, and overall nice person.

I get to Seattle often I'll have to come and hear you play. I envy anyone with musical talent. I have absolutely no musical skills but in my life I have tried to learn to play several instruments including the piano and guitar various horns stuff like that. Recently I decided again to learn to play the guitar at any cost.
I am heading off sunday to Helsinki then Gdansk for a short time with a quick stop in Den Helder Holland. Should be nice and cold over there.
