Red face Wanted: Home for 10-Meter Saltie



This baby was caught at Borooloola in NT on Gulf of Carpentaria Oz. Read the story at the link below. Apparently the local kids were trolling with camp dogs tied on a rope, FOR FUN. Obviously there is not a local RSPCA inspector stationed at Borroloola. However, if you saw the usual Aboriginal camp dog, you would soon realise that this croc would need quite a few to fill his tummy. Likely to give him indigestion IMHO

BTW Coastal passage is a great free web based Australian cruising mag.

Just a small pet

Killed because it had been teased by the kids, and might just have achieved what they were training it to do. Perhaps they should have allowed it to get one first "pour encouragee les autres".
