teaching an old dog new tricks

I've made it a point to stay out of my wifes areas of the boat and the Galley is hers.. I might pore a cup of coffee now and then but
thats about it.. well this past week has taught me a little more than I figured..
We made a stop to visit with the kids and grankids for Christmas and the wife stayed with them for a few days to do some baking and such..
Well she left me to fend for myself... not only did I not know where anything was but to make everything work was beyond me..
We've been cruising for the past 4 years and I thought I knew the boat from one end to the other...
New respect around her for the other half I figure...............

Sounds like you could use a little cross training there. I'm sure she has a thing or two you could learn.
